Red Cross Blood Drives

Mater Dei High School is pleased to sponsor 2 blood drives each school year with the American Red Cross.

Give blood. Help save lives.

All members of the Monarch family are encouraged to donate. Students must be at least 16 years old to donate and if you are 16 you must provide a Consent for Blood Donation signed by a parent/guardian.

2022-2023 Blood Drives: We will be hosting 2 blood drives this school year

1. Wednesday, November 30^th and Thursday, December 1st - Completed

we collected 78 units during this 2 day event
potentially saving 234 lives

2. Wednesday, March 1^st and Thursday, March 2nd - Upcoming

2 blood mobiles to accommodate 70 appointments each day (total of 140)
a google form will be used for students to schedule their lifesaving donation appointments
