MD iPad Protection Plan

The non-refundable Technology Use fee includes the MD iPad Protection Plan:

All students will be issued an Apple iPad to use for classes at Mater Dei, and will be responsible for the proper care and use of the device. iPads remain the property of Mater Dei High School. Students must adhere to the iPad Authorized Use Policy Form set forth by the school; students and parents together must sign and agree to the terms and conditions as outlined in the Parent/Student Handbook.

Student iPads are covered by the Mater Dei iPad Protection Plan for one incident of repair, if damaged through no fault of the student (determined solely by Mater Dei). Loss or damage due to negligence is not covered and Mater Dei will not replace or repair the iPad without full pre-payment from the student. In cases of theft, Mater Dei will cover the cost of replacement for one incident if a police report is provided within 5 days of the incident.

Incidents beyond this coverage will incur additional fees accordingly.
