Biography

About
A former student at Mater Dei, Ken began working here as the Head Swim Coach while subbing and teaching Math in 2013. He has been coaching Swim at both the high school or college levels since 1989 and has been named OC Coach of the year on 5 occasions, as well as National Coach of the year (NAIA). Ken stepped away from coaching at the end of the 2021 swim season to focus on his new full-time duties as Learning Center Support Coordinator. Ken lives in Irvine and will celebrate 30 years of marriage to his wife jenny in the summer of 2022, and his the proud father of 4 children – Erica, Logan, Kelly, and Sean

What I Love About MD
