Our Mission

The Native American Club (NAC) intends to gather students and promote understanding and respect for all Indigenous people and cultures. The NAC will support opportunities for Indigenous students to share and celebrate what is important to them – whether that be traditional or contemporary. Programming and events sponsored by NAC will aim to foster cultural exchange, intercommunity involvement and increase the visibility of Indigenous students and issues. Through relationships with admissions advisors at top colleges and universities responsible for attracting and recruiting qualified Indigenous students, the NAC will serve as a “meeting spot” connecting our Indigenous students to these admissions advisors.
