Scheduling Process for Students: 2023-2024
Welcome to the home of scheduling for the 2023-2024 school year! Here you will find information relating to the scheduling process at Mater Dei High School. The information on this page pertains to our current 9th, 10th and 11th grade students. For scheduling information pertaining to incoming 9th grade students, please visit the Class of 2027 webpage.
The Student Aeries Portal will open once more for course request viewing June 5-8 before the summer break. Should you have any questions regarding scheduling, please do not hesitate to ask your school counselor.
On Thursday 3/16/23 and Friday 3/17/23, in their English class, students watched the grade specific scheduling informational videos, that can be found below. Students will have access to view the courses they have been automatically recommended for via their Aeries Student Portal until Friday, March 31. Students are able to add electives from the Electives by Grade list below in their Aeries student portal [as long as they meet the course prerequisites]. Students, please review your course requests with your parents and complete the appropriate course change/interest forms, if needed, by the March 31 deadline. Departments review the course change/interest forms and share updated placements with counselors.
