About

As the MAPS teacher at MDHS, I support students who benefit from additional academic structure, guidance, and encouragement. I work closely with students to strengthen executive functioning skills, build confidence, and develop personalized strategies for success.

What I Love About MDHS

I grew up in South Orange County, so being part of the Mater Dei community feels especially meaningful to me. I love that I get to openly share and live out my Catholic faith, while working in a school environment that values faith, character, and academic excellence. The sense of community here is truly special, and I feel grateful to work alongside faculty and staff who genuinely care about their students.

Other Experience

Prior to joining MDHS, I worked as a high school counselor, where I supported students with academic planning, college and career exploration, goal setting, and social-emotional development. My background in counseling allows me to approach student support with empathy, structure, and a strong belief in each student's potential.
