Biography
I’m excited to join the counseling department as a school counselor. In this role I am privileged to walk alongside young men and women during their high school journey helping to support their academic, college/career and social/emotional needs.
What I Love About MDHS:
There is a real sense of pride, legacy and traditions here that I’m excited to witness firsthand. I also appreciate the dedication to diversity that is clearly evident at MDHS. Lastly, the staff and students are just incredible!
Other Experience:
Most recently, I worked in counseling at another local Catholic School and as an advisor in the Financial Aid office at the University of San Diego. Prior to that I was a behavior therapist, working with students with Autism.
Education:
I earned my M.A. in Counseling, with a School Counseling emphasis and PPS credential from the University of San Diego, and my B.S. in Psychology from the University of La Verne.
