About

With over two decades of experience in publishing, finance, and nonprofit management, Allison brings a wealth of knowledge and a deep passion for storytelling to her role as Executive Director of Communications & Media Relations.

Since returning to Mater Dei in 2008, Allison has held several key positions, including Director of Admissions Marketing and Director of Estate & Alumni Giving/Major Gifts Officer. In 2021, she assumed her current role, where she oversees all aspects of the school's brand identity and messaging. Her responsibilities encompass school publications, the website, social media, and media relations .

As the "ghostwriter" behind the scenes, Allison crafts compelling narratives that highlight the achievements and spirit of the Mater Dei community. Her work ensures that every message aligns with the school's Catholic values and celebrates the accomplishments of students, alumni, faculty and staff.

Allison's dedication to Mater Dei extends beyond her professional role. She and her husband are the proud parents of one current and two Future Monarchs: Bridget '27, Cassidy '32, and Elliott '35. 

What I Love About MD
Mater Dei is a unique combination of my professional experience in publishing, finance, and non profit management. This is a special community filled with incredible people who truly care about each other and the students we are privileged to serve. While Mater Dei continues to grow and improve, we always hold true to our traditions and core values of HONOR, GLORY, and LOVE.
