Registrar
The Mater Dei Registrar plays a vital role in supporting students, families, and staff by maintaining accurate records. Whether a student is joining, transferring, or graduating, the Registrar overseas each process to ensure a smooth transition that is documented properly, securely, and confidentially.
The Registrar's office is responsible for: managing student records, updating demographic information, issuing work permits, creating transcripts, verifying graduation requirements, tracking registration numbers/trends, assisting with course enrollment, completing legal documentation, and much more.
The Registrar also works with our alumni base of nearly 33,000 students across the globe when records are needed for colleges, scholarships, or job transitions.

Accurate and up-to-date contact information is essential to maintaining effective communication regarding your student’s academic progress, school events, important updates, and in the event of an emergency. We kindly ask that you notify the school promptly of any changes to contact data that was originally entered in Aeries. Communication with our parent community is vital and we appreciate your cooperation in ensuring our records are up-to-date.

WITHDRAWAL
We never like to see families go, but we understand that what is best for you and your family is all that matters. If this is the case, we kindly ask you to notify the school as soon as possible. This allows us to the necessary time to prepare records and ensure a smooth transition.
