Obtain a 2025-26 USA Hockey number

Register with the Anaheim Ducks High School Hockey League ADHSHL

PLAYER REGISTRATION for 2025-26 ADHSHL must be completed by all ADHSHL players BEFORE participating with the team. This registration requirement is in addition to any other registration you may complete with your team management.

PLAYER REGISTRATION INSTRUCTIONS: Scan the QR code to access the registration site with your smartphone. Registration can also be accessed from the PLAYER REGISTRATION link on the home page of the ADHSHL website. https://www.adhshl.com/

Register with ADHSHL

Find your TEAM NAME in the list and click ENROLL NOW
Sign into your existing Active Network account from last season or create an account if you are new to the ADHSHL. Parent or legal guardian must be the account holder. (The player CANNOT be the account holder.)
Select the player from the PARTICIPANT dropdown once you are signed into your account. (Use ADD NEW FAMILY MEMBER if the player is not listed.)
Select the Team from the dropdown.
- Enter the MATER DEI TEAM CODE: AD5559 in the password field and click CONTINUE.
Enter the Player’s 2025-26 USA HOCKEY MEMBERSHIP # (see below if you need to register for 25-26)
- USA Hockey membership will be 14 digits and in the following format:
- USA Hockey membership must be for the 25-26 season.
- Nine numbers and then five letters (EX: 123456789ABCDE)
- You must have a “5” in the fourth spot.
Click ADD TO CART (player fees are not paid through this site – see your team manager for info on fees)
Select the grade that the player will be in during the 25-26 season.
Enter the name of the school that the player will attend during the 25-26 season.
Read and agree to the PLAYER AGREEMENT and the WAIVER by clicking the boxes.
Sign your name and click FINISH.

- Full Participant ($3,700.00) is for players who will ONLY be participating in Mater Dei Ice Hockey
- Club Participant ($2,700.00) is for dual roster players who will be playing in another USA Hockey Sanction team
