Transcripts

Mater Dei partners with Parchment, the leader in eTranscript exchange, to send official transcripts electronically.

Parchment allows students to send official transcripts to colleges, NCAA, employers, individual emails, etc. Once you place an order, Mater Dei Counseling/Registrar's office will receive a notification and upload your transcript to Parchment, it will then be made official and sent it to the destination of your choice. You have the option of sending your transcript electronically, which is processed immediately once uploaded by Mater Dei, or as a paper copy that would be mailed by Parchment to the address of your choice.

Current students

If your Parchment account is tied to your Mater Dei email - be sure to add your personal email to that account. This will ensure you still have access to the same account after you graduate and your MD email is deactivated.

When you place an order close to the end of the semester/school year - you want to choose hold for grades when Parchment asks "When do you want to send this?" This will hold your order until the Registrar has completed transcripts and will ensure that your final grades for that semester are on the transcript.

Graduates / Former students

Name for the order - We only have record of the name you had as a student. If your name has changed, please order using the name you had as a student

Graduation year - Make sure this is correct, if it is incorrect it will delay the processing of your order

If you withdrew and did not graduate - please enter your leave year as the grad year, the last school year you were in attendance

I remember my Parchment password but no longer have access to the email address:

Sign in and update your email address - you will then receive emails from Parchment about your order

I do not remember my Parchment password and no longer have access to the email address:
Contact Parchment using the support link below and follow the instructions - Parchment has to delete your existing account in order for you to create a new one with a new email. Mater Dei staff does not have the ability to do this, it must be Parchment.

Fill out the Parchment Support Form and include the following information within your support case:
- Subject - topic of support needed
- Description - summary of the issue
- DID or Order ID - if you have one
- Name - first and last
- Email address - a current email address, you will receive a response here for this case
- Tell us who you are - student
- What may we help you with? - delete my account
Once you submit the support form, you will receive an auto-reply asking you to confirm that you would like your account deleted
Reply to the above mentioned auto-reply email confirming account deletion
Parchment will send another email confirming your account is officially deleted
Once you receive that confirmation, you can now create a new account using your preferred email address

If you have the wrong graduation/leave year on your Parchment account, follow the steps below to update:

Profile > Account Settings > Transcripts > Class of (select the correct year in the drop-down) > Save settings
