Final Transcripts / Parchment
- Colleges/Universities require students to submit final transcripts showing second semester grades and graduation status (now available)
- Students must place an order through Parchment for their final transcript to be sent to the college of their choice
- Student athletes will need to send a final transcript to the NCAA or NAIA along with your college
- Mater Dei's Parchment site: Parchment Exchange - Leader in eTranscript Exchange
Class of 2025 Student Email Deactivated - UPDATE NEEDED!
- Your student email will be deactivated this summer, please make this update as soon as possible
- If your MD email was used to create your Parchment account - you need to add a personal email to ensure continued access
- You will not be able to reset your password if you do not add a personal email. This is a common problem for alumni

- If you already placed an order for your final transcript through Parchment and placed "on hold for grades," those orders will be processed by the end of the week (6/13/2025)
