Families have the opportunity to update their student's record in Aeries annually during registration. Outside that time, *parents may use this form to request for updates to your student's record (change of address, email, etc). Updates to emergency contacts should be sent via email to the registrar at firstname.lastname@example.org.
*Note: ONLY a parent or legal guardian is allowed to request for updates to a student's record. The Registrar's Office is committed to ensuring the accuracy and privacy of all student records. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding. Please be advised if we have questions or concerns about your request, you will receive a phone call to verify the information you wish to update.
