5:15pm call time for All performers and pit crew
Arrive in comfortable attire or under uniform white shirts/shorts.
Unload truck and set up equipment
5:30pm Change into Full Uniform/set up
5:50pm WarmUp/Rehearsal
6:40pm Head into Stadium
7:45pm (estimate) Haltime Show
*Change into Pep Band Dress
*Head back in stadium (Pit loads truck as much as possible)
*After game All help finish loading and will get excused as a group.
