Application Steps
Step 1: Create Admissions Account - https://materdei.schooladminonline.com/admins/sign_in
Step 2: Upload ALL required documents (MUST be translated into English
by the school or certified translation).
- Application/Application fee
- Unofficial Transcripts (7th, 8th, all high school)
- Passport Copy
- Teacher Letter of Recommendation
- Parent Letter
- Student Letter
- Disciplinary Clearance Form
- English Proficiency Exam Score (TOEFL, IELTS, Duolingo)
- California Immunization Records (TB screening and Tap booster)

Step 3: Interview
Applicants will receive an e-mail from Mater Dei High School to schedule either an in person or Zoom interview.
Step 4: Acceptance and Registration
If accepted, the student will receive an e-mail from Mater Dei with inoformation and instruction on registration and tuition payment.
Step 5: I-20 Form
Once the student has completed the registration process, Mater Dei will issue and send the I-20 form to the student via e-mail.
