The renovation of the old 100 Science Wing into a new Visual Arts Complex and Faculty Services Center is now complete.
Many alums will remember the old 100 Wing for its 1950s era science labs and lecture rooms. In the summer of 2005, thanks to the success of our school-wide Surf's Up Auction, the renovation of this wing into a visual arts center became a reality.
The new wing features a ceramics lab with two kilns, a digital animation classroom and two other art studio classrooms. At the end of the wing, the old faculty cafeteria has been remodeled to include not only a new faculty services kitchen and dining room, but also a working lounge area for teachers and staff to relax and socialize or do prep work and grading for their classes.
