iPad Checkout Information (Returning MD Students ONLY)

Current Mater Dei freshman, sophomore, and junior students may checkout their iPad for the summer through the following procedure:
  1. Parents must complete the Summer Checkout Authorization Form (click here to complete the form).
  2. Students must visit the Tech Hub after school by May 17 to complete checkout. The following will be verified:
    • Completion of the Authorization Form
    • Aeries listed address and contact information
    • Registration for the 2019-2020 School Year completed
    • Student is in good standing
    • iPad is updated to iOS 12 and is not damaged
    • iPad cover is in good condition
