About: Mr. Connolly was born and raised in Orange County. He prepped at Esperanza High School in Anaheim where he played volleyball. After High School, Mr. Connolly attended Golden West College in Huntington Beach where he was team captain of the Men’s Volleyball team, selected as an All-Pacific Coast Conference player, and received an Associate of Arts Degree with Honors in History. Mr. Connolly’s accomplishments at Golden West earned him an academic and athletic scholarship at Indiana University- Purdue University, Fort Wayne. He studied one year in Fort Wayne until he was sidelined with a career ending knee injury. Connolly transferred to CSU Fullerton where he earned his Bachelor of Arts in History Magna Cum Laude in 2011 and received his Single Subject Teaching Credential in 2012. Since 2005, Mr. Connolly has dedicated his adult life serving young people in various roles as a K-6 child care teacher, volleyball coach, private tutor in History and German, substitute teacher, assistant community college instructor (Health and Exercise Science), and a High School teacher.
Mr. Connolly enjoys traveling, reading, watching sports, and spending time with his family.
