About: Ms. Olsen grew up in central Wisconsin, and earned her Bachelor's degree from UW-La Crosse in biology with an emphasis in aquatic science. She spent 6 months working for the National Park Service in Richmond, VA and Yellowstone National Park, WY monitoring invasive species and water quality before attending Hofstra University for her Master's degree. Ms. Olsen moved to southern California and began working at Mater Dei after graduating. She currently teaches Anatomy & Physiology, Intro to Coding, and AP Computer Science Principles. In addition to teaching, she is the Renaissance Club Moderator, STEM Club Moderator, and the STEM Coordinator.
In her spare time, she enjoys going to the beach, playing with her dog, and spending time with friends and family.
