MD Online Enrollment for Current MDHS Students is now live!

To select one of our ONLINE Learning Formats (Partially Online or Fully Online), the following Online Learning Format request form must be completed.

•The Priority Registration Deadline for our Online formats is April 30th, 2021.
•Requests for an Online format will be considered on a first come- first served basis.
•It is possible that requests after April 30th, 2021 for the Online formats may not be granted.
•Changes cannot be made to the Learning Format after August 2nd, 2021.
•Students will not be able to switch between on-campus and Online formats within the 2021-2022 school year.

As your student’s primary educator, please carefully consider requests made on this form. If your student’s course requests are not available on the online platform, you will be notified with the options available. This will occur later in the scheduling process (in the summer months).

Please Note: MD Online enrollment options are for the full 2021-2022 school year. MD Online courses will run August 2021-June 2022.
