Emotional Wellness

Emotional wellness promotes healthy ways to cope with the stress and problems that are a normal part of life. Overall emotional wellness inspires self-care, relaxation, stress reduction, the development of inner strength and proper decision making skills, and the ability to learn and grow from experiences. The emotional well-being of all students is of prime importance to all educators at Mater Dei High School.
