Nicole serves as Mater Dei's Head Athletic Trainer at Mater Dei. Prior to MD, she served as the Head Athletic Trainer at Trabuco Hills High School. A certified athletic trainer since 2017, she has worked with a variety of athletes, sports, and levels of sport. Nicole is committed to providing Mater Dei's student-athletes with top level care based on the most current evidence based research. Her master's thesis examined head impacts within collegiate football players using helmet accelerometer sensors. In addition to athletic training, Nicole teaches sports medicine and assists with collaboration between academics and athletics at Mater Dei.
What I Love About MD
I love how Mater Dei is built upon a strong community between all faulty and staff. Mater Dei really provides a family environment to everyone, which I believe makes for a very successful working environment.
