The Student Parking Application for the 2017-2018 school year along with the Issuing of Parking Permits and Parking Lot Rules and Regulations information sheets are now available. This years’ process requires that you download ALL THREE documents, fill out the Student Parking Application completely, attach a copy of the student’s driver’s license to the application, and return these two documents (either by mail or in person) to the Security Department, by no later than August 7, 2017.
IMPORTANT: DO NOT SEND A PAYMENT WITH YOUR APPLICATION!
Student parking permits will be distributed the week of August 7th as part of student orientation. The Business Office will inform FACTS of those families whose student(s) have been granted a main lot (Monarch Way)parking permit and FACTS will email you an incidental billing invoice for $50 to cover the parking fee for the 2017-2018 school year. Once you get your emailed invoice from FACTS, you can either print out the invoice and mail your check to FACTS at P.O. Box 2597 Omaha, NE 68103-2597, or you can log onto your FACTS account and pay online using a debit or credit card or via e-check. Remember: DO NOT SEND A PAYMENT WITH YOUR APPLICATION, and DO NOT mail your payment to FACTS until you receive your emailed invoice. Payments returned for non-sufficient funds will incur a $30 NSF fee.
