About: An 18 year alumna of Catholic education, (four of which were spent here at Mater Dei), Allison served as the Director of Admissions Marketing from 2008 to 2014 and worked with prospective students and their parents as they navigated the admissions process.
She now serves as Director of Estate & Alumni Giving/Major Gifts Officer in order to secure long-term gifts to fund the Monarch Legacy Endowment Fund which supports Mater Dei's need-based financial aid program. Allison works collaboratively on the Annual Appeal for Financial Aid with Erica Adams, VP of Advancement; Kathleen Kelly '94, Director of Alumni Relations & Giving; and Whitney Pavlik '02, Coordinator of Estate & Alumni Giving. She deeply believes that one doesn't have to wealthy to be a philanthropist, he/she just has to give. Through the power of collective impact, even the smallest donations add up to give the Monarch experience to a student who otherwise would not be able to attend. Currently, 55% of our students receive financial aid at Mater Dei High School.
Allison was excited to work with the Major Gifts Team to launch 1950 Day, Mater Dei's Annual Giving Day as well as bringing the Scarlet & Gray Magazine back to print. She is always looking to tell great stories - of students who benefited from their Monarch experience and the generous donors who made it possible.
In January 2019, Allison joined the online adjunct faculty with Villanova University's Masters in Public Administration Program. She was honored to share her knowledge in the Non Profit Fundraising course.
