About
Long Beach native; 2nd of 6; Father of 6; Grandfather of 6; Religious and Spiritual (I tell my friends I’ve landed in Teacher Heaven - I love it here!); Lover of books; Baseball/Football fan; Health/Fitness enthusiast (bicycle/kayak/pesco-vegetarian); Life enthusiast; unabashed number-head.

Other experience: Manufacturing; Sales; Real Property Appraiser; Big Pharma; Radio/TV; Announcer/Emcee.

What I Love About MD
I love Jesus. I love Mary. I love our students. I love the sense of family; the high standards; the collegiality of the staff; MD Identity (“Once a Monarch….”); Prayer before every class, meeting, event; Dress codes; the Grotto. And I’m learning to love RED.
