Refer a Family Raffle

To enter, fill out this form and provide e-mails of prospective Mater Dei families who you think would like to receive information about Mater Dei. You will receive one (1) raffle entry per valid e-mail reference. There is no cost to enter. One drawing will be held each month during October, November, and December. Help us spread the word about Mater Dei!

Monthly drawings will take place on 10/6/09, 11/3/09 and 12/8/09. Entries are due the Friday prior to each drawing. Last day to submit entry is 12/4/09 (enter by 10/2/09 to be included in all three (3) drawings). One (1) winner of one (1) month's free tuition each month. Winners need not be present at drawings. Prizes redeemable for Mater Dei tuition credit only. Mater Dei will use these e-mail addresses to occasionally send informational emails about programs and events at Mater Dei. We will give the recipient the option of "opting out" of future communications.
