Mater Dei provides many opportunities to give back, whether you are an alumnus, alumna current or past parent, faculty member, grandparent, or business leader. Mater Dei High School remains steadfast in its commitment to a diverse and dynamic student body. This diversity of culture and talent is a direct result of our school's admission policy. This ensures that students who have more ability and promise than financial resources will be able to attend Mater Dei.

Financial Aid has recently become one of the fastest growing budget items and unrestricted donations help provide assistance to more than 30% of the student body.

We all benefit from your generosity. For over 50 years, Mater Dei graduates have gone on to lead their communities in the areas of law, education, medicine, business, civics, religious life, and social welfare. Mater Dei graduates bring the tradition of excellence with them to their workplaces and their community organizations.

Mater Dei's ability to surmount challenges and realize opportunities will not rest on its traditions or on the strength of existing resources. Despite sound management, Mater Dei can benefit from a larger resource base than we currently do.  The Annual Fund and Surf's Up Dinner Auction continue to grow annually, as the MD 2010 & Beyond Capital Campaign and Planned Giving Program gain momentum thanks to many generous benefactors.

The merits of Mater Dei speak for themselves. Our goals for increasing development revenue are ambitious, but essential if Mater Dei is to maintain its leadership role in Catholic education.
