Mater Dei Campus Ministry is an integral and vital aspect of our Mater Dei Community. The mission of CM has been extremely blessed through the years due to the overwhelming generosity of numerous members of this community.
One of these blessings is the vision and execution of the Helen Steves Honorary Fund (HSHF) founded by MD Lifetime Parents in 2010. Realizing the need to keep the beauty of this community by aiding our diverse population, the HSHF provides opportunities and support for a great number of our young people by assisting students with:
- Purchasing books and uniforms
- The chance to have a retreat experience
- The privilege of giving back by participating in an outreach trip to Chicago and Spiritual Leadership at Notre Dame Vision.
- Support for formal dances and attire
- Lunch money
- Bus passes
- Or any other type of emergency need
We believe this ministry is in the spirit of the Gospel. It is our privilege to journey with these amazing young people who so desire and deserve the very best education and experience that only Mater Dei High School can provide for them.
