Student Parking Permits: 2016-2017

The student parking application packet for the 2016-2017 school year is now available. This year's process requires that you review the Parking Lot Rules and Regulations and review/download the Student Parking Application Packet (which contains the Issuing of Parking Permits and fillable PDF** of the Student Parking Application).. 

 

**Please note: This form is an interactive PDFs. “You must DOWNLOAD this PDF and save it to your computer before filling it out. To properly complete the form and ensure the information is recorded correctly, you must open it within Adobe Reader or Adobe Acrobat. (get.adobe.com/reader)  DO NOT “view” the PDF and attempt to complete it in your browser. This will result in an unusable PDF and/or improperly recorded information.”

 

You must complete and return the Student Parking Application along with a copy of the student’s driver’s license (either by mail or in person) to the Security Department, by no later than August 12, 2016

 

                           IMPORTANT:  DO NOT SEND A PAYMENT WITH YOUR APPLICATION!  

 

Student parking permits will be distributed the week of August 15 as part of student orientation.  The Business Office will inform FACTS of those families whose student(s) have been granted a main lot (Monarch Way)parking permit and FACTS will email you an incidental billing invoice for $50 to cover the parking fee for the 2016-2017 school year.  Once you receive your e-mailed invoice from FACTS, you can either print out the invoice and mail your check to FACTS at P.O. Box 2597 Omaha, NE 68103-2597, or you can log onto your FACTS account and pay online using a debit or credit card or via e-check. 

 

Remember:   DO NOT SEND A PAYMENT WITH YOUR APPLICATION, and DO NOT mail your payment to FACTS until you receive your e-mailed invoice.  Payments returned for non-sufficient funds will incur a $30 NSF fee.
