MD Athletic Training Program
Our Mission:
In conjunction with the mission statement of Mater Dei High School, the MDHS Athletic Training Program is dedicated to providing the highest level of health care to the student athletes, coaches and staff. In the Mater Dei Athletic Training Program we place a strong emphasis on treating the student athletes, coaches and staff not only as patients, but as members of the community. We provide the latest technology, in the most supportive environment to the students at MDHS with our partners at ProSport Physical Therapy and Orthopaedic Specialty Institute.

  • Physical therapy
  • Advanced modalities
  • Hydrotherapy
  • Nutritional counseling
The MD ATP strives to employ dedicated, experienced and career minded Athletic Trainers that in turn will foster trust and communication between athletes, parents and coaches. The primary objective of the MD ATP and its staff is to insure the health and safety of the student athletes participating in MD sponsored athletics and events. All members of the MD ATP are expected to perform the duties identified by the program as well as current standards of practice within the AT profession and provide the highest quality of care to all patients under our care.
 

 
Hours:
Monday through Friday 2:00pm to 8:00pm or until the completion of the last practice or game during the regular school year.
